Happy Easter!

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter! I am so happy Spring is finally arriving...now if only the temps would catch up! It needs to WARM UP!
Ema enjoyed Easter and was really getting into the Easter Bunny....she was a bit amazed by the concept and might actually think her new stuffed animal from her Aunt Alyson is the Easter Bunny (above in photo---it's actually Thumper). Not our fault, I swear! She's the one who wanted to leave it with a bowl of carrots (OK the carrots were my idea, she wanted to leave the bunny with them), and then magically the carrots disappeared and a basket full of goodies were there...

Ema loves her sweets -- just like her mommy. So Easter is her cup of tea! She got her first chocolate bunny and nibbled at the ears only. It is a lot for a kid!

We are very proud of Ema as she sat very patiently all through church, no toys and no need to go to the cry room. She did have to remind Gage a few times, "Whisper, Daddy."

We finally joined the rest of civilization and bought a gas grill over the weekend. We had a charcoal one left with the house...but it took FOREVER. Now we are trying to discover what all we can grill! Any ideas are welcome!
This weekend we hope to go to Washington D.C. to see the cherry blossoms. Yeah, Spring!
Enjoy the photos!
