Go VCU!

Ema attended her first VCU men's basketball game and loved it. We went along with our friends Stephanie and Wes. Gage and Stephanie are both VCU grads. It was actually Ema's second college basketball game as we went to a UVA-Florida State game last year. This was exciting for Ema as we pumped it up all week. And, when she sees VCU on TV, she'll tell you, "That's my team." Also, when asked where she goes to school, she says, "VCU" (her daycare is the VCU Child Development Center).
Ema cheered and chanted along with everyone at the game. She yelled defense along with the fans and cheered when they scored (that Hoosier-basketball blood in her was shining through). Ema also kept a close eye on Rodney the Ram. Finally, after some patience, she and Gage met Rodney.
We enjoyed the game and hope to take her to some more...and hopefully to some IU games in the near future. Go Hoosiers!
