Oh yes, we are a mini van family now! We bought a mini van over the Memorial Day weekend....our first car purchase as a family! We intended to look/buy on Memorial Day, but went out to look around a bit on Saturday....three hours later, we drove off the lot in our new (used) car. It's a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan and honestly has more than we ever thought we would get -- DVD player, stow-away sets, Sirius radio (at least for now), rear parking assist, power side and back doors, roof rack, only 14,000 miles, etc. It's great. And, the color was among our colors we wanted -- midnight blue.Gage was actually the first to admit he wanted a mini v
an. I was reluctant, but realized it would probably fit us well -- especially as we have guests from time to time and travel a lot. And, if we ever decide to have more kids, we need the space! Gage was sad to say goodbye to his Rodeo. He got it with just 12 miles on it when we lived in San Antonio. It's literally been coast to coast, to the Mexico border and up to Indiana. Whew. He's had it for nine years! Incidentally, this weekend marked nine years since Gage and I first met!
