Many people have been curious about what foods I ate in Vietnam. Here's a sampling of some of the menus. They were set menus other than breakfast, which was a buffet and a few other buffets we went to.

6. Seafood steamboat combination

DINNER ON SAIGON CRUISE IN HOCHIMINH
1. Fish pie paste on sugar cane
2. Grilled scallop w/ garlic
3. Fried fish (fillet) in sour & sweet sauce
4. Grilled pork -rib
5. Grilled wild boar meat
6. Stir-fried cauliflower w/ butter
7. Fried Chinese cabbage w/ oyster oil
8. Seafood hot pot
